One day, Donna comes from work early and discovers Chad and April in flagrante delicto, flees the scene, but doesn’t get far. As a result of her distress, Donna has a heart attack and dies. Assume the parties live in a state where adultery can be punished with up to three years in prison.
May the state charge Chad with felony murder and April as an accomplice?
