Scrotes On A Plane

Man sues Air Transat for flight attendants’ failure to examine his scrotum.

Marcel Cote was on his way from Montreal to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico when he felt a pain coming from his groin.  He went to the bathroom and discovered spots of blood.  This alarmed Cote, as most people only bleed from their nether regions on their return trip from Mexico.

Unable to get a good look at the injury himself, he asked to be examined by a flight attendant.  As you might expect, the flight attendant refused, but did supply Cote with some first aid supplies to temporarily bandage the bleeding jewels.

When the plane landed three hours later, Cote went to see a doctor who discovered that a vein near Cote’s groin had burst, and gave him three stitches to close the wound.

Cote then sued the airline for $8,000 for the pain and suffering he suffered as a result of their neglect.  And, in a moment of judicial levelheadedness, the court ruled in favor of Air Transat, finding that non-medical professionals do not have a duty to provide a medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment, and that the airline crew’s response was reasonable given the lack of severity in Cote’s injury.  Cote was ordered to pay Air Transat’s $189 in court costs.

They say, Once you go Mexican, you’ll never want sex again, but you don’t really expect it to play out this way.

The man likely was looking for a blow job from the flight attendant, and sued when she would not service him.

When will these men learn that they have a much better chance of getting a blow job in the airport bathrooms?

WDB, not cool to ask for BJs. Women who dig go down without you asking for it. They just dig your bone, man.

  3. Scrotalicious Says:

What makes you think the flight attendant was a woman?

  4. bl1y Says:

There were actually two flight attendants involved. When the man first asked for help, a female flight attendant responded. However, the man then asked to talk to the male flight attendant.

    Thanks for the clarification.

  6. Legal Humpster Says:

If this turns out to be subject to settlement, the flight attendant might be just be ordered to do specific performance (i.e. BJ City)

  7. bl1y Says:

The case was already ruled on by a judge. But hey, thanks for (not) reading.
