BL1Y Needs More Help

*Update*

I now have a copy of the second article, but still need the first.  I’ve been told that it’s not on West, Lexis, or Hein.  If you have a few minutes to kill and want to do be a favor, please check out your library and see if they have Vol. 40 of the Texas Bar Journal, and see if you can scan the article.  Don’t actually look for it yourself, just ask your librarian.

Thanks.

I’m looking for copies of two articles, so if anyone out there could e-mail them to me (nycbl1y@gmail.com) it’d be super helpful.  They should be available on Lexis or West, I’d just rather be able to spend my money on booze instead of buying articles.

The Skills of the Lawyering Process: A Critique Based on Observation, DeCotiis and Steele, 40 Tex B.J. 483 (1977)

The State of the Property Course: A Statistical Analysis, Wendel and Popovich, 56 J. Legal Educ. 216 (2006)

BL1Y – looks like someone in the NYU consortium has this. I’ve requested it via interlibrary loan and will get you the copy… not sure how long that will take though.

bL1Y, why in the dickens are you looking for such an old, dusty article? It is 33 years old! Certainly a 33 year old piece of work from the texas bar journal can’t be any Solomonic article. Are you planning to write something that will be a footote in some other oaf’s article 33 years from now? Clue us in, dude!

Just doing the Lord’s work, Ally.
